VANDAMAI transformation studioLet’s talk

Put AI to work in your team.

Introduce the right combination of existing tools and custom software into your business. We coordinate the setup, connections, process changes and coaching that help your team use it day to day.

Tools, process and adoption.

A configured setup

Selected tools and connections, with agreed access, source material and task instructions.

An operational workflow

A documented way to complete the task, with clear responsibilities, review points and exception handling.

A supported rollout

Training, workflow coaching and a way to track usage, task outcomes and where people need help.

The rollout includes the people.

Implementation turns a chosen opportunity into a process people can follow. That means deciding who supplies the information, who checks the result and who handles the work when the system needs help. We settle those responsibilities with the team.

We also establish how people work today: the tools they already use, their confidence with AI and the practical obstacles they face. This starting point guides tool selection, training and the changes needed for adoption.

How the rollout happens.

  1. Assess with the team

Employee surveys and conversations with team leads establish the starting point. Your people show us their current tasks, while we review requirements with the relevant system owners.

  2. Introduce it to a small group

We configure the agreed tools and coordinate any custom development. A first group uses the process, gives feedback and helps us refine the setup and guidance before wider introduction.

  3. Support and adjust

We coach the wider team, review progress against the starting point and address the obstacles that remain. An internal owner takes responsibility for the process, with continuing support agreed around your needs.

Choosing what to use.

We assess the task, the systems it touches and the people who will run it before settling on the tooling.

Existing tools

We assess capabilities, permissions, data handling, integration options and recurring costs. Configuration includes the material the tool can use, the instructions it follows and how it fits the team's existing accounts and responsibilities.

Custom software

When existing products cannot meet the requirements, we scope and build custom software. Implementation covers how it reaches users, connects to their tools and becomes part of their daily work.

A combination that can be maintained

Existing products and custom components can work together. We make their boundaries and dependencies clear, identify who maintains each part and account for the effect of updates. Coaching and user feedback continue to inform the setup.

Tools we work with.

We choose around the task, your team and the systems you already use.
